Joseph Bolle

Senior Safety Manager

As a Senior Safety Manager, Joseph is responsible for formulating, developing and coordinating the safety and loss control functions for Excellerate Manufacturing. He acts as a professional safety resource and provides coaching and mentoring to employees, supervisors and management on matters concerning employee health and safety, public safety and environmental safety. He also authors and develops company programs to reduce accidents, occupational illnesses and exposure to long-term health hazards through safety and skill training of employees, emergency preparedness, proper job instruction, planned inspections and job observations. Joseph works to develop curriculum for safety training that meets the strategic needs of the organization.

Joseph earned his bachelor’s degree in education, social studies and history from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, WI. He holds Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys camping, sports and spending time with his wife and children.
