e-Houses

An Electrical House (eHouse), is a walk-in modular outdoor enclosure that’s prefabricated and used to house a medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) switchgear equipment, as well as auxiliary equipment. It’s multifaceted and can be skid or wheel mounted and is ready to operate in the field with minimum effort needed, minimizing cost, installation, commissioning and start up time. Electrical Houses can be used as an alternative to traditional on-site building construction (concrete block, brick construction or similar). The primary benefits of eHouses include proximity to major suppliers during both the design and construction phases, making the changes easier to integrate. The eHouse is also tested before shipping, which minimizes risks in the field. Its mobility makes it easy and cost effective to install and relocate.
