Doug Koehler

Process Development Manager

As Process Development Manager, Doug is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Excellerate’s quality management system to ensure continuous production of high quality manufactured assemblies. Doug also facilitates quality training for staff, subcontractors, and any parties required to participate to ensure achievement of exceptional quality standards.

Doug joined Excellerate in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Doug has a diverse background with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas, electronics manufacturing, and nuclear energy industries. He has been responsible for lean manufacturing implementations, plant reorganizations, and project management for delivery of custom engineered solutions both domestic and international.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys traveling with his family, building things in the garage, restoring Jeeps, fishing, and hunting.
