Matt Ambrosius
Director, Quality
As quality director, Matt is responsible for developing, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling Excellerate’s quality manufacturing process to exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance.
Matt joined Excellerate in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lakeland University in Wisconsin. Matt has over 25 years of quality and regulatory experience in electronics and higher-level assembly manufacturing for the medical, aerospace/defense, and communications industry. He previously had global quality management responsibility for major aerospace/defense customers as well as pioneering the implementation and management of an Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for new product development. He also is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and has led numerous lean manufacturing teams that have been recognized by customers as best in class.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys time with his family and coaching their sports activities, along with being a high school sports official in basketball and football.
