As a preproduction manager, Okho works closely with project managers and owners during the design phase of projects and coordinates preconstruction resources for the delivery of successful projects. She is a key interface between preconstruction and operations and is responsible for designing and developing value-added technical pricing and design solutions from concept through completion of detailed drawings.
Okho has been with the organization since 2018 and has previous project management experience with Energis, along with several municipal utilities. She received her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Outside of work, Okho enjoys running, fishing and watching her son play baseball.
