Rob Messina

As executive vice president at Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), Excellerate’s parent brand, Rob is responsible for leading FTI’s business development, sales operations and customer/partner engagement, along with ESG, product planning and go-to-market strategies. His team is focused on strategic accounts, long-range model forecasting, sustainability, sales operations, renewable energy and marketing strategies that support customer and organizational needs. Rob is committed to creating an exceptional customer and client experience while also driving corporate initiatives and representing FTI’s core values.
Rob joined the organization in early 2023, after nearly 15 years with Oshkosh Corporation, serving in several roles across their corporate, access equipment, and defense business units. Prior to this, he spent more than 15 years in engineering and manufacturing roles at Chrysler Corporation. Rob holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan.
