Internships Develop Successful Future Workforce
At Excellerate, our Internship program is a strategic opportunity to develop talent for the future. It’s a core element of our Ground Up Growth strategy, which focuses on creating opportunities to build and retain a talented workforce in a highly competitive job market. Our internship experience is designed to provide students with work experience and learning opportunities that focus on honing their skills for a full-time career.
Features of the Internship Program
Excellerate’s internship program is a paid on-the-job work training experience with a structured mentorship curriculum. It contains team building activities that focus on developing relationships, with strategic goals for the intern, supervisor and mentors involved.
Our Excellerate interns can earn a salary and receive college credits while learning about business and the manufacturing field. Community involvement and volunteering are also encouraged during our internships, where interns have the opportunity to meet with Excellerate’s CEO and executive leadership team.
