Matt Merbach

Operations Manager

As operations manager with Excellerate, Matt is responsible for leading, planning, directing and coordinating Excellerate’s manufacturing operations. He works to maintain a safe working environment while increasing the productivity and efficiency of Excellerate’s products, processes and services.

Matt holds Bachelor of Science degrees in business operations and industrial management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. He joined the organization in 2014 and has previous facility management experience with RR Donnelley.
