Excellerate, a division of Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), is growing rapidly! Thanks to our strong strategic partners, we’re growing our Kansas presence, opening a second location in Lenexa, not far from our Olathe site. We are looking to hire approximately 60 new team members in the next few months who are ready to grow their careers, and are also looking for additional team members for our Wisconsin locations.

At Excellerate, we manufacture electrical assemblies and modular solutions that range from made-to-stock to custom-engineered energy and construction solutions. Through our focus on the electrical construction and sustainable energy markets, we drive product innovations that deliver cost savings, productivity optimization and above all, safety.

We are looking to bring on team members with all levels of experience in manufacturing or construction, or anyone who wants to learn and earn with a growing organization. FTI has its own in-house electrical apprenticeship program through Faith Technologies University which offers flexible scheduling, allowing individuals to comfortably learn at their own pace. FTI is a merit-based company, and we pride ourselves on our ground-up growth strategy which enables people to advance their careers. Many of our leaders across the organization started as apprentices or interns, and we also welcome those with outside experience who are looking for new opportunities to apply their skills.
