As an associate talent business partner supporting FTI’s Excellerate division, Brittany is responsible for improving team members’ employment experience and assisting leaders in retention and engagement efforts. She also monitors the performance review processes and provides feedback and coaching to leaders when addressing employee development. Brittany supports all Excellerate team members as they grow and thrive.
Brittany holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with family, traveling and reading.
